Some Friday Fun – courtesy of my ‘Friday Favourite’
Actually Miss Bette Davis is a perennial favourite of mine. I have no idea when it all began, nor do I understand why. I know I watched old black and white movies with my parents and I recall going to the cinema to see ‘Dead Ringer’ back in the early 1960s. All time favourite, and my especial ‘pick-me-up’ movie is Now Voyager. Add to that Elizabeth and Essex, Jezebel, All About Eve, and so many more. I am proud to own three boxed sets of her movies spanning at least six decades so whatever my mood I can settle down with a great one.
