and allow friends to look out for you.
Sometimes we feel so vulnerable, or so out-of-kilter with what is happening that we shut others out. This is understandable, and part of being human. But at times like these, when nothing is predictable and nothing is what we have previously experienced, we may need to reach outside our comfort space. I don’t suggest that we lesson our physical ‘isolation bubble’ – just our mental one.

My husband captured these two gulls on the ferry from Dublin to Holyhead. Seeing them always makes me smile. I hope they make you smile too.
