Welcome to my new followers
Over the past week I have been sharing my thoughts on mental health issues. The best – and most useful – personal support strategies I use are writing and image making and it has been these that I have been posting.
It has been wonderful to have so many of you liking my words and taking the step to follow my blog. I truly do appreciate it, and am happy that you have found my words useful in these difficult times.
I also want to thank my followers: for continuing to check out my posts and for feeding back your thoughts with me.
