Contrasts

I love being in nature and finding pattern in natural forms.
As in so many desirable aspects of human life nature was there first.
Harmonious, contrasting, minimalist, flamboyant.

I’ve gathered together a few images from nature, played around with them, and ramped up the colours. You cannot better nature but I believe you can have some fun with it.

Take tree bark swirls, Winter twigs, and the tip of a Monkey Puzzle tree branch – then play around with Photoshop hue and saturation, the gradient tool, and the smudge tool.

Use your senses to enjoy our world. It is a wonderful thing.
