Creativity Counts

Being creative is the cornerstone of my positive coping strategies. My go-to headspace when life overwhelms me and I need to re-focus.

I write stories and poetry, sometimes as a word collage, and use artwork and photography to extend the way I explore feelings and emotions. I also find designing and creating jewellery and bags keeps my head, heart, and hands occupied until I’m able to get back to the seemingly simple task of living.
